The room I stayed in was tidy, cozy, and comfortable, featuring a clean environment and a microwave for convenience. The bed was well-made, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day.
One minor drawback was the limited selection of toiletries provided; while adequate, I expected a few more options to enhance my comfort during the stay.

Had a nice stay! The views of the historic buildings were super interesting, and I loved how easy it was to get onto the ring road. The underground parking was a breeze, and I felt my car was secure. The room was spacious and had all the essentials like a full fridge and washer/dryer, making my business trip way more comfortable.
I did find the room a bit warm, even with the air control set to low. Plus, navigating the parking and reception area was a bit confusing at first. there was some noise from nearby establishments that created an edgy vibe, but overall, it was manageable.

Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience! the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. the rooms are not only spacious but also modern and clean. I loved the beautiful views from the balcony and the deep bath was a perfect way to relax. the bar and lounge area is top-notch, making it hard to leave the hotel. the location adds to the appeal with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. the pool is a great spot to unwind, and the tours offered are a must-do to learn about the fascinating history of the area.
One thing that could be improved is the responsiveness of the staff during check-in. It would be beneficial to have more staff available during busy times to avoid delays.
